Family Reunion
Booked 3 rooms for self and family. Family got upgraded rooms. Only difference from the basic one I had was they had water and better hot drinks, one room had a trouser press and the other had a fridge. All rooms had been redecorated recently (think there has been a change in ownership) but bathrooms still a bit tired. Room and bathroom very clean. Only toiletries in all rooms were soap, shower gel and shampoo. Conditioner and body lotion would have been nice to have. Food at dinner was lovely and well presented. One meal was disappointing - bloody steak was requested but it came firstly medium-well done and replacement was bloody but still cold inside. Staff did best to rectify matter. Breakfast is a lovely buffet with something for everyone I would think. Customer service was hit or miss. Some staff couldn't be more helpful while others were doing their job only. Great size pool and gym. Ladies' changing rooms hadn't been cleaned at 9am and hairdryer could do with upgrading. A spinner for swimwear would have been good but there were bags for wet clothes. Hotel was easy to find and very accessible from M11. Car parking ample. All family had a good time and these gripes didn't spoil our stay. We would go back.

Cams Business
Wifi quality poor. Would rather use the Holiday Inn at Impington as the layout and facilities are better. Nice for golf though.

Really Comfy Bed - shame about the tired looking room
The room was of good size and the bed was just so comfortable. The room looked a little tired and really needed a lick of paint and definitely a new carpet - a darker one would hide more stains! Room 153.

OK
Food was nice in the restaurant. Had been upgraded to a better room. Unfortunately whilst the room was nice and spacious I felt the bathroom was a little dated. Also WIFI in the room did not work well. The air con decided to fill up with water twice in the early hours in the morning which did not aid a good nights sleep as noise was intrusive. I did report this to the hotel and they were not aware of problems in that room and would get their maintenance team to investigate. They did however provided a £20 credit against restaurant expenditure for the inconvenience.

Good value and comfortable
Although the exterior is looking a little shabby and dated inside is clean and tidy. Again the pool, steam room and sauna could do with a face lift but everything was clean and tidy. The food was very good and taxis into Cambridge are at a fixed rate which makes budgeting easier.

Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. They told us they were over booked and didnt have enough rooms. Then they gave us 2 Flooded rooms to choose from which were both previously out of action.
The rooms stunk of damp and mould and the team and management were so unprofessional it was shocking. Will never return here ever.

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel
Not a cheap hotel but have had better nights stays in Travelodge / Premier Inn. Room was very hot with no air conditioning and a restricted opening on the window so not able to let any air in, our stay was September must be horrible on a hot summers night.
Bathroom was very small and the carpet had not been vacuumed.
