Needs an overhaul

For a city hotel scruffy and needs a good clean up and overhaul The atrium running from floor level to the top level is like a noise tunnel and carried noise all the way up to the top floor all night so couldn't sleep.

Compared to the radiosonde in Edinburgh Manchester and Heathrow airport that we have stayed in this one does not live up to expectations and was disappointed in its overall appearance and presentation

Radisson BLU Hotel Liverpool

Room was nice, clean but the design of the corridors had a sort of prison block look.

Good value city centre hotel.

Clean room, well staffed and with a decent buffet style breakfast.

Bar meal more than adequate.

Top floor business class room

Good view of river from floor 9 business class room No complimentary in house movies although these were promised in literature in room.

Ripped voile curtain when we arrived which we reported but no action taken. Floor 9 river view rooms dont have opening windows and rely on air conditioning which is effective but strange

radisson blu liverpool- not what I expected

the room was nice, clean and quite big, nice view.

nice food at breakfast, staff attitude was ok. very disappointed in the sauna, Jacuzzi/whirlpool, steam room. sauna- it wasn't hot enough for a sauna, the Jacuzzi didn't work (we stayed there 2 nights), the steam room hardly had any steam in it. when we asked the staff they said that someone was supposed to turn them up etc. we tried the second day and it was the same. very disappointing from this point of view and especially for a 4star hotel

Friendly helpful staff

Come up to Liverpool to pick up my GT-R which was being tuned nearby, decided to make the most of it and stay for the weekend.

Being in a city I don't know I was naturally worried of where I can park a GT-R without getting damaged/vandalised. The Raddison here in Liverpool were more than helpful in securing my GT-R in a locked underground car park for both the nights I stayed. The help me and my friend also received when we asked where is good to go and not too rowdy on weekend evenings was extremely helpful, and would recommend anyone to stay here especially if you own a supercar and want some secure parking.
