In need of a refurbishment
Been a regular visitor to the hotel over the last 10 years but over time all the little extras like complimentary toiletries and biscuits have ceased. We have noticed that the bedrooms are looking shabby with marks on walks and chipped paint on doors, the towels looking well worn and in need of being replaced. This hotel seems to have spent money on gyms but the rooms are looking neglected

Stay at Village Urban Resort
Very satisfied overall. 2 niggles:
1. Signage in bedroom corridors could be improved - it was not always clear how to get back down to reception.
2. Not everybody [myself included] likes to have an evening meal at a table where you are forced to listen to pop music and face a large television screen.

Superb Leisure facilities and experience
I am a keen gym enthusiast and I must say that I was impressed by the quality and variety of the leisure club. Staff were very helpful in particular James who took the time to show me around and give me an excellent workout. The facility is very well managed. Will definitely recommend to others
