100% would recommend it to a friend
This was one of the cheapest hotels I could get in a central location near a tube station, so I was expecting to leave a deflated 'you get what you pay for' review.
But I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived the concierge was really helpful at giving me all the details of the hotel and a free wifi voucher and when I got to my room it was a nicely presented cosy little room and I was received.
It had modern decor, a desk, wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a very clean en suite wash room (basin, toilet, shower, no bath).
It was just as you would expect any budget chain hotel room to be, but the room was very small. I didn't mind the small room as I was travelling on my own, so I would say it was perfect for love travellers or close couples. I only booked for one adult, so the rooms for two adults may be slightly bigger.
Clean, quiet and comfortable Hotel in a great location
Decent Basic Accommodation
No problems at all.
Was expecting a single but had a twin to myself, which was a nice surprise. The room was warm and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice clean en-suite and plenty of hot water. Might have been a bit small for two people but who spends much of their time in their hotel room when visiting London. Not quite a 4 star in my opinion but a good place to stay. Pleasant receptionist at the desk when I arrived - no other interaction as everything ok. Good location, convenient for underground Central Line at Queensway and other lines at Bayswater stations.
Pleasantly surprised that for a small hotel the accommodation and service was of a very high standard; room was comfortable including a mixture of toiletries included within the bathroom.
Located centrally for the West End / Hyde Park and would have no reservations in staying there again.
