For the price i paid i thought this was excellent value for London. Spotless rooms, polite staff. Continental breakfast was average but overall i would recommend.

Pleasant but could be better!
Very nice with all mod cons, breakfast was a bit weak - just scrambled eggs for the egg 'option' and no black pudding!! One MAJOR problem was the extraction fan just outside our room, I say extraction fan but it may of been an average sized helicopter - it was very loud! I complained at 4pm and was told it would go off at 6pm which was fair enough and I was happy with this! I went out at 5.30pm and did not return until 10.55pm the extraction fan was still on! By the time I had taken my coat off and made a drink (good selection in the room!) the fan went off - 11pm. Peace at last! Bed was very comfy and I slept well untill 6am when the extractor fan/helicopter started up again. I can only assume the girl on reception thought I had said 'I'm really enjoying the extractor fan can you tell me when it comes on in the morning' this is the only reason I can think of as to why she said 6 o'clock! Hotel is perfect if you only want to sleep from 11pm till 6am!
