Little Gem
From time to time you find a little gem of a B&B and this is one of them. Maxine was a delightful host and arranged to leave a key out for us as we were going to arrive later than expected. Little Pengilly is a bit off the beaten track, but there is ample parking, and the delightful village of Porthleven is about 15mins away, plenty of restaurants for such a small place. Breakfast was tasty and ample and is served at 8.30am, so if you are looking for a lie in you may be disappointed. The room was clean and had a good shower with big bath towels. Overall a very enjoyable stay would definitely recommend Little Pengilly

Excellent Stay
Everything thing was done to make our stay really comfortable & pleasant. Maxine was very friendly, even allowing us to leave our cases early as we were passing and were going to arrive back quite late in the evening after visiting relatives. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend Little Pengelly to friends.

Great location, comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast
We stayed at Little Pengelly for 2 nights in January. The location is great - just a short drive from Falmouth, Redruth, Hayle and St. Ives - although you'll need a car as there's not much within walking distance. The B&B itself is clean, modern, warm and the bed was very comfy. Cooked breakfast in the morning was fantastic, really tasty and cooked well. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Little Pengelly to others and we hope to return soon.
