Friendly service
Warm welcome was received. Rooms clean but walls really thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the rooms next door. Was kept awake by snoring coming from one room and chatting from another. Breakfast good.

Welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Very attentive throughout our stay and gave advice about places to eat which were helpful and true. Good value for money, as a stop off before going to the Great North Run
