Lovely place to stay but cleaning services were a little sporadic
Lovely room and lovely walk in shower, the only two aspects that I can critique... Is that the cleaning team missed replacing towels and left me short of towels on the Thursday night and the wifi, while free, was very difficult to connect to and required a lot of disconnecting and reconnecting before Allowing me to connect... But then the connection was mediocre at best not allowing online streaming of say, bbc iplayer, ok for picking up emails

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfy bed no springs digging in your back, only problem was the creaking from the springs which woke me up when I turned over, good breakfast choice and no noisy guests, will definitely use again

Clean, friendly, good value
We stayed in a family room and got a deal last minute which for three of us was really good. Nice easy walking distance to quayside in Newcastle and hotel bar was reasonably cheap and good ambiance. Area surrounding hotel is a little desolate, but looks like it is a developing area. Suited and met our needs cheaply

Shower
Although clean, spacious and hot, the shower was disappointingly un-powerful.
