It was very busy at breakfast and there wasn't enough staff to clear the tables and keep the buffet stocked. Room ok for a short stay, not enough storage space for any longer. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Recommend for Business
This was a business trip but the hotel was ideal for anyone looking to stay close to the city of Newcastle. It is only a 10 minute walk across the river to the centre of Newcastle, whilst also being away from the lively/noisier central location. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped.

really friendly staff and beautiful hotel
Me and a friend stayed here for just one night as we were going to a concert at the arena. The staff are really friendly and pleasant. I loved the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I would defiantly stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Warm welcome in Gateshead
All was very much as can be expected from a moderm city budget hotel. This venue though did offer a very warm welcome with helpful and cheerful staff. Only issue was the very strong mildew odour coming from the shower drain. Made the bathroom difficult to breath in. Should be an easy fix. All in all, a recommended stay if visiting the area especially with only 5 min walk to massive new tesco and cinema complex.
