Everything was good except kids where on a sofa bed which was ok as they where little.
Would of preferred bed for kids. But room was really clean and simple. And staff were very pleasant. Didn't have breakfast as too expensive but went to tesco down the road. Bit had snacks in the evening which we're lovely. A lot further out if town than expected. And charged for parking which I thought should be free.

Very pleased with our room. It was bigger than expected and was extremely quiet which was welcome on a w/end before Christmas. Room was well serviced and when next visiting Gateshead will stay here again

Booking and accommodation fine. Food good. Perfect for the Sage visit.
Would like to see bigger double beds and a ban on mobile phone usage in the restaurant area which is irritating.

Excellent Hotel with great staff and ideal location
Only stayed for one night but the hotel room was excellent, a double room with two double beds and very clean, great size and great shower. Breakfast was also excellent and we had an evening meal which was very good as well. The staff in the hotel were very friendly & helpful with directions etc. If you are looking for a hotel close to the city centre then this is the ideal, 2 minutes away in a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel, purchased via late rooms for a great price and had a great time.

Not worth £100 a night
Defiantly not worth £100 a night room was cold, young people running up and down corridors at 3-4 am, bed sheets had make up on from last person and not enough milk for coffee

Good access to Gateshead
The rooms are a decent size and there seem to be a lot of people who avail of the parking. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Sage and 5 mins from the Baltic/Millenium bridge. This makes it within easy access of town without any of the noise of many of the hotels in town. There is a bar, but it's pretty quiet. Great for a drink after wandering around town. The staff are pretty friendly. I didn't have any complaints. It matches the Ramada brand: pretty pared down, clean and efficiently run. No frills. I didn't have the breakfast. There are plenty of good breakfast places just across the river.

Excellent hotel
Well recommended, spacious, quiet and new.
only issues we had were the location, as it is not easily accessible from the metro (several roads to cross and go through dingy old industrial estate) also getting over to millenium bridge is awkward by foot (three not well signposted car parks & jumping over a wall!) and the breakfast was a little overpriced considering the number of places in town you can get a fry up for <£5
