Noisy
We didn' t like :
People yelling in the corridor many times during the night.
Having to pay for wifi.
Small car park so having to pay to use the Baltic next door.
£4 for room service.
Apart from the all the above it was good. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Ordederd a Steak well done-it was burnt and dried and cold . The wedges were massively overdone-Sad!
I was tired so didnt want to go out and decided to eat in the Hotel-I was really disappointed as the food was really the worst I have have had.

Great location with value for money.
Great location, within easy walking distance of pubs and eating venues. Hotel is clean and spacious, and good value for money. Parking is available - for a charge of £6.50 per 24hours! My only gripe was the size of the shower cubicle door - you don't need to be an overweight 6 footer if you want to squeeze in for a shower....especially in room 450. Otherwise, a great choice of hotel.

Very good except for the nightmare stag party
Can't fault this hotel except for the fact I had a room next to a stag party = scary night and no sleep. Check you book a room as far away from stag or hen party groups as possible!!!

Lovely modern friendly hotel
The hotel is ulter modern, very clean, the staff are kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean we had a river view, so we were really happy. The beds are really comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous especially the shower. Can't comment on the food, because we didn't have breakfast it would hace been a waste, as we stayed for a night out and would not have been able to eat it anyway lol. However, would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone :)
