Booked on the Internet, location was good, 5 min walk to a tram stop for trams into the centre-journey time 5 mins.
We paid 80 euros for one night and breakfast wasn't included which I think is unreasonable, we then paid €20 extra for breakfast.
When booking we asked for a double bed and upon arival was given a twin room. no toiletries in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo or toothpaste. No kettle or coffee/tea. The towels was of a poor standard to, I'm quite slim and couldn't get a towel around my waist.
No information leaflets/booklets in the room regarding the hotel or location and no phone.
Heating was appalling, the heater is fixed to the ceiling...I'm no rocket scientist but what I do know is that hot air rises, so why fix a room heater to the ceiling of a room???
Overall I think the value for money was poor, location is very good as was customer service.
Pleasant staff.
I would rate the hotel as adequate but don't think I would return.
