Clean and friendly

Dave the proprietor has got to be one of the most laid back people running a B&B, but what a nice guy, friendly and sociable.

Good choice for breakfast, and good portions

I'd recommend this B&B to everyone

Garden Court Guest House was excellent in every respect

The room was much larger than expected for a guest house, complete with a sofa.

The bed was king size and very comfortable. Breakfast room was light and airy and the food choice was excellent, and the quality and quantity of the breakfast was superb. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our cases and our car on his premises whilst we attended a function at the Southport Convention Centre which finished at 3 p.m. Looking forward to returning next year.

Good and Relaxing br

We arrived earlier than we expected but was welcomed with a shake of the hand and a smile Dave gave me a parking permit and then showed us to our room which was lovely the shower wasn't brilliant but it was adequate we stayed for 3 nights and felt so relaxed we had bottles of water in the mini fridge every day would definitely go back Dave see if you can sort the showers.

Cosy hideaway

Dave greeted us on arrival and carried our bags.

The room was beautiful and cosy. We felt immediately at ease. The parking is opposite and parking permits supplied by host. The proximity to the pier theatre and promenade five minutes so really handy especially if you plan to go to the theatre. We had a lovely meal in wilsons kitchen on Lord street and the following day visited for by beach, ten minutes away by car. We would definitely return and visit Crosby beach next time.
