Disappointing stay, not worth the money
The bed room was like a sauna when I went in.
Looked nice enough though and bed was v comfy. Shower pretty small and despite staying 2 nights they didn't replace the shower gel/toiletries that I'd used the first night. The toilet paper was cheap and nasty as though bought in a pound shop, yuck. Was really disappointed with the conference facilities - we were in a conference room close to reception and it was so noisy with sounds of guests and staff often just outside the door. Despite being asked repeatedly to quieten down / move or for them to put a sign up saying there was a private event taking place nothing happened. People kept just walking in to the room randomly. Even staff came in to interrupt to ask when the organisers would be finishing up, despite having the room booked to 8pm and it was only about 3pm at this stage. Very unprofessional. Room service was okay, although didn't bring us food quite as was described on the menu which was annoying.
I wouldn't waste my money staying here again, it certainly didn't feel 4 or 5 star.
