Very pleased with the room, great value for money
Does not have a restaurant onsite, but you can order takeaways, who will deliver to your door.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can ask for an iron, hairdryer etc at no extra cost. The only downfall is you have to pay for your wifi. They have the Brideges shopping centre which is a 5minute walk away. All means of transport is a stones throw away. I would definitely stay here again.
Heart of Sunderland's night life!
Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed with very helpful and friendly receptionist.
We stayed a Saturday night, however, and soon came to the conclusion that our room overlooked the main drag between the city centre pubs and a very popular late night venue. There was a fair amount of drunken shouting through the night as a result of this. We were told that mid week isn't so noisy, but I wouldn't stay here again due to this experience. However I do recommend Travelodge in general!
