Convenient for Redlands Road campis
I was doing some research in the archives at the Museum of English Rural Life and this B&B was an easy fifteen minute walk away.
It was easy to find and in walking distance of the centre, although it wasn't in the nicest area (on a busy road and opposite an industrial estate). My room was very quiet as it was around the back, and very warm and clean, and the B&B felt secure. I had two beds and an en-suite (although I didn't request one), so my room was spacious. The shower was warm and soap was provided. There was a Morrisons nearby to buy lunch, which was convenient, although the hotel has a cafe attached and they said they would have made me something to take away at a discount. As a vegan, I just had toast/fried bread/baked beans/tomatoes/mushrooms for breakfast, and they were happy to accommodate my request. I was also pleased to be given juice.
