A convenient place for an overnight stop whilst cycling the Reivers cycle route

A good overnight stopover in an interesting village to the North West of Newcastle .

The hotel has lots of character beside the village green. The room was comfortable with bath but no shower. The food was really good too. The hotel closed between 3pm and 5.30 pm .
