About the hotel
Fenham Farm is located on the coast, overlooking Holy Island in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For the birdwatcher and lover of nature, this area provides a unique opportunity to see and get close to some of the country’s rarest animals. In the autumn months, the sand flats that are exposed at low tide become a huge feeding ground for geese and waders from around the world.
Converting the smiddy, cow byre, cartshed and granary at Fenham has created 7 spacious en-suite rooms that are independent of the farmhouse and have individual front doors so your space is your own. You will enjoy modern comfort all round and will be kept warm and cosy by underfloor heating, even on the chilliest of days. All the units are decorated to an extremely high standard and boast feather down duvets and pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. Breakfasts are cooked to order using local products wherever possible and fresh eggs from our own hens and are served in the dining room which is part of the farmhouse. Evening meals are available at many local public houses and restaurants. Northumberland is a land of contrasts, from the sandy beaches and rugged cliffs of the coast to the high wilderness of the Cheviot Hills, it is truly a region with something for everyone.

Fenham Farm Bed and Breakfast
Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation.
You'd be hard pushed to find a better bed and breakfast in Northumberland than this, the views are incredible, Holy Island is on your door step, a walk down the lane brings you onto the nature reserve and from the farm house gates a public footpath takes you along the shore edge to the start of Holy Island causeway. The rooms are spotless with everything you need and lovely homely touches like the greeting you get on arrival and home-made cake with your tea and coffee in your room. The breakfast is all local including eggs from their own chickens and is as delicious as the view from where you are eating it. Above you is a large lounge with comfy sofas to relax looking out the big window over to Holy Island. We drove from the accommodation to Holy Island less than 10 minutes away, the owners are more than friendly and all you could want is provided or done for you once again whilst you've got that incredible back drop in every direction. Couldn't recommend enough.
Beautiful accommodation, warm, welcoming and friendly hosts.
