Clean but no frills
Everything was fine: clean and comfortable bed.
But, beware, 'en suite shower room' means shower in the corner of the room & washbasin, but no toilet. You have to share the 2 toilets / bathrooms on the landing with the other 5 rooms. Nonetheless, the house is a great example of Glasgow architecture. Not sure it would be that warm in winter. Our host was very kind and helpful, but quite reserved. We had a cooked breakfast every day (ok but not great; very fatty) and some cereal (not a lot of choice, no muesli for example, but adequate). Fine if you are going to be out all day and eating out at night too.
I stayed at the Craigpark guest house with my daughter for 2 nights , while we were up in Glasgow attending a family Christening.
We found it reasonably priced, the breakfast was served and presented to a high standard. Freshly cooked. Just one comment regarding the tea making facilities in the bedroom is, you have to put the kettle on the floor near the sink, as this was the only socket accessible. It would be an improvement if there was a small table to put the kettle on while boiling it. All in all it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this guesthouse to my friends and family
