Lovely Customer Service
We received a warm welcome on arrival, and had lovely service at breakfast both mornings.
Our room was the deluxe, with large patio windows overlooking the very mature garden. Sadly the whole place had what I can best describe as a 'tired' feel to it, and neglected gardens. As an example our sink had a bad crack in it and the original fitted plug had been broken and was replaced with a simple pop in plug, leaving an yawning hole that you could loose a toothbrush in. So, long overdue for a new sink. The owners were away, but the staff running the b&b were hard working and made the visit for us. I hope the owners appreciate this dedication and it would be good to think that they might begin to put more effort into the place too. It could be brilliant with a bit of TLC.
The people are lovely,& very helpful, the room was large & very clean (except the bathroom needs an upgrade) & the bed was a superking & comfortable just doesn´t describe it enough & the breakfasts are very tasty.
