House clearance weekend
Disappointed that on arrival we were advised that our booking had not been confirmed.
Whereas on a previous visit our accommodation was superb. We felt that the room offered did not match the sum charged but there was building work on-going which limited room availability. In addition our request for a Sunday paper was overlooked although this omission was corrected quickly.
