Only for young adults

This B&B is a third floor (fourth floor in American terms) walk up a narrow and steep set of stairs.

Rooms are basic, as is the continental breakfast. There is a small common area, but it is not comfortable for guests. It's only use seemed to be to prepare breakfast trays. There was absolutely no tourist information available, not even a simple map of Venice. The owner was "on vacation", but answering his mobile phone for any emergency. The cleaner was a very nice Italian woman who also prepared breakfast trays. Unfortunately, she spoke only Italian.
