The accommodation was grand for the price.

The room was spotless but I initially had an outside room and the noise from the traffic kept me awake all night.nothing much that can be done about that and there are doubled glazed windows. however the room was stifling hot and so i had to open the inside double glazing to try and get some air but couldn't open the outside window to cool the room right down. maybe this was a safety issue however when i did get another room i could open the window. i did ask for another quiet and cool room, which i got and was more very comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful. however the same receptionist said she didn't know anything about public transport overweekend, but offered to get me a taxi at a reduced rate which i didn't want.
