LateRooms is an established way for hotels around the world to sell their availability bedrooms, and for customers to take advantage of excellent savings. Because no hotel wants to be left with empty rooms, they will often drop the price to fill their empty beds and the internet makes this possible by brining all the availability together in one place - LateRooms
There are four ways to search for a hotel:
To perform a basic search use the "Find a Deal" box located to the top left of the homepage.
Type the name of the location or attraction that you wish to search for.
You should then enter your arrival date, number of nights and number of occupants per room, followed by "Go".
Find the closest hotel to your exact location using our map search.
Click on the Map Search and drill down to your precise location by clicking on the map. You do not need to enter any search criteria before clicking Map Search. Once you have decided on your exact location, you can then enter your required dates and number of nights and occupants.
These destinations are based on where LateRooms customers are booking and tell you everything you need to know to make your choice, including the weather in the area and the number of hotels in the location. Prices are based on double rooms, but singles may be cheaper if you are travelling alone.
At LateRooms we work with some of the world's most famous hotel chains, and our brand panels showcase a handful of what we can offer you. Brands are a great option if you don't know the area but know what to expect from a brand.
If you have visited LateRooms before, we'll remember you. This means that you will not see the normal homepage, but will be taken to the last country you searched within. Don't worry, the search box, map search and advanced search will work in exactly the same way.
The search results will display one date either side of the dates you have searched for.
LateRooms rates are indicated in orange, and purple rates indicate 'rack rate', or the price the hotel would sell at under normal circumstances.
All rates are PER ROOM, so the price you see is the price you will pay.
Simply select the option you wish to use from the drop down menu, or click the relevant heading within the search results page.
For UK hotels you can filter your search by apartments and hotels. This helps you easily locate the best accommodation for your needs.
Once you have located a hotel you wish to view, click anywhere on the row to view the hotel's details. Here you can find out more information on the hotel, read guest reviews, see photographs, and view the hotel location using Google maps.
If there is a search that you perform regularly, why not save your search? To do this you will need a MyLateRooms account. Although we will send you an automatic invitation once you have made a booking, you can find out more about MyLateRooms and register here
Don't forget the fantastic offers that are available at branded hotels. The panels to the right of the search results are all relevant to the destination you searched for.
Once you have decided where you want to stay, simply enter the number of rooms you need and the number of occupants per room and click proceed. Your booking requirements will then be summarised and changes can be made at this stage.
If you are happy with your selection you have 2 options for booking:
To book online you will be required to fill in the booking form with your personal information, including credit card details.
Booking online is the most efficient way to book your room. Our online system is fully secure and certified by Global Sign so you can be assured that your details will be safe. You should receive an email confirmation immediately.
If you do not then you can re-send this to yourself via our email resender or you can contact our Customer Service Team on
+44 (0)844 774 2002.
Sometimes a hotel is not available for online booking, so you will need to book by telephone.
Dial the number on the booking page and quote the 'L code' reference number, which is personal to your enquiry. All the information you have input on the site up to this point will automatically have been saved and by quoting this personal reference number these details will pre-populate our booking screen.
The operator will then take you through the booking process and provide you with a booking reference number, which will also be confirmed by email and SMS (text message).
If you have been presented with the option of online booking, but would prefer to do this over the telephone, you can do this by clicking the Book by Telephone panel located to the right of the page, beneath our site security information. This will automatically generate an "L code" reference number for your booking.
