Great hotel, Great location
This hotel exceeded both mine and my wife's expectations. It was in a great location and we had a room overlooking Milan. Also the staff were very helpful, as we have never been to Milan before and they supplied us with a map and pointed out all the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Tiny Box Room
Booked into the hotels standard room for 3 nights with my girlfriend. On opening the door to the room, to our shock, discovered the room was more like a tiny shoe box. There was about a foot and a half clearance space all around the bed to walls. The size of the room was not mentioned anywhere while booking and strongly recommend this info goes onto the hotels profile. On top of that, the walls were falling apart with severe cracks in between the plasterboards. Suffering from mild claustrophobia, we immediately asked to be moved to a bigger room. Denied that by the hotel staff, we dually phoned LateRooms.com and were assisted by a member of their friendly staff. He phoned the hotel and arranged for an upgrade to a larger room where we stayed the remaining 2 nights. Nice one LateRooms.com :) On a plus side, the location was very good, and after not really listening to my initial complaint, the staff were later more helpful.
