Friendly staff but very small room.
We booked well in advance but because we wanted a twin we ended up in what must have been the smallest room which was very disappointing. Hotel is well situated and quiet. Rooms are basic but as described. The air conditioning appeared to be switched to turn off after a period which was annoying overnight as we would wake up to a muggy room and have to restart the air con. Breakfast was fine and as expected apart from the often mentioned fruit juice which is really squash. They are starting to do up the terrace which is a great asset and we loved sitting out there. Needs umbrellas / cushions plus some recliners but improving all the same. All staff ( bar one guy) were very friendly and helpful and patient with our poor(non existent ) Italian. Would stay again but insist on another room - my friend refused to let me ask to be moved.

10.30 am is too early having to check out.
There was only one bedside lamp between two of us. It would have been nice to have some fruit at the breakfast. Check out time at 10.30 am is too early. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Very good hotel
Very welcoming and friendly place. Well located hotel. Our room on the first floor above the street was quite small and a bit noisy but otherwise fine. For a longer stay perhaps not so great. Overall we were very happy.

A fine choice of hotel.
Excellent location. Rooms were small but very clean and the air conditioning was most welcome! Lovely breakfast, helpful staff. It is not a high-end hotel but we got a very good price. One of the rooms had a broken shower room door (not so good) but can't complain - this is worth a recommendation.

Night in Pisa
The hotel receptionist was very helpful and the room was what was expected of a 3 star. Nothing fancy but more than comfortable.
