An outstanding kitchen brigade is headed up by Michelin starred Chef Mark Sargeant featuring classic British dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. For those passing through or stopping for the night, GNH Bar features a decadent interior to house a glamorous continental cocktail bar in central London. Alternatively for the finest food on the go Kiosk serves the best New York deli style sandwiches & Monmouth coffee.
