Bought fishcakes and oven chips
This used to be a place were you were served exceptionally good food, now it is being run on a shoe string by a management team for a bank and the food has suffered. Definitely bought fishcakes and oven chips wow worse than I do at home.
The bed was comfortable and the room clean but NO Tv or water in the room, very odd

Great country hotel & pub
Fantastic hotel & pub in idyllic country setting. Extremely helpful staff, even providing breakfast from 4am to accommodate triathletes needing an early start - amazing!
Great room: comfortable, clean, quiet.
Would definitely stay again.
