that extra bit
super friendly and informative hosts. excellent breakfast selection. Nice extras in spacious room - toiletries, mini fridge (hardly ever get and very appreciated in small B+B) nice jar of home-made biscuits daily. Ample tea and coffee supply (again, several places we visit seem to ration these). quiet. no view but only 10 second walk to promenade.

Very nice guest house .Hosts very helpful and also god position for the beach etc. To be really picky we would prefer the preserves to be on the table along with the toast and not having to get up every tme to spread the toast. The preserves were very good.

Excellent
I was searching accommodation last minute and Albany Lodge caught my eye and it did not let me down. The hospitality was second to none, Denise and Bob couldn't do enough for you, room was big, airy and bright with superkingsize bed (very comfortable), breakfast, spot on with a variety and also cooked breakfast (which was hot). My stay was very relaxing and I will not hesitate to return again.

Excellent bed and breakfast
Good location, very enjoyable food with some items home made. My single room was very comfortable with a good sized bathroom. The hosts were eager to please and very friendly. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.
