Birklands Guest House

Christine & Nigel both very welcoming & helpful.

Lots of nice touches about the whole package. Room was spotless & bed very comfortable. Had a good nights relaxing sleep. Even had a "Sea View" at no extra cost . I was going to skip breakfast on departure morning, as I had an early travel booking, but Nigel said that breakfast would be prepare early for me, no problem . Very enjoyable stop.

Just what the ticket

Great stay here at the Birklands.

Breakfast cooked to order every day, good selection of cereals/toasts etc. Rooms in perfect condition, en suite showers hot and powerful, hot water quick to run, toilets immaculately clean, carpets spotless, mattresses firm, linen clean, Central heating quiet and hot. Couldn't really fault a single thing, and the landlord and lady were pleasant and considerate and even went to the bother of making me a packed lunch for my plane flight home. Will be back!
