Room a bit too quirky and cluttered
Room 3, Exeter Inn, Modbury
Food v good, evening & morning.
Character pub in pretty town. Room clean and tidy. Ensuite up some stairs, but adequate and clean. Room sited over alleyway to beer garden at back so could be noisy at weekends. Windows could be cleaner, cracked pane in one. But generally good pub in a central location for access to coast.
