Get what you pay for at this hotel.
Paid for a deluxe room so thought would of been a bath, jd to pay £20 to upgrade to another room to get a bath (no where on website did it say deluxe rooms do not have a bath) so was quite disappointed in this as wouldn't of booked. The bed was comfy but the base of it was filthy, had lots of stains on. Room was spacious and bathroom in the end was very nice. Barmaid was very nice and friendly bit front of house staff weren't very helpful. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I phoned ahead to request that the room we had contained two singles beds as there wasn't a option to book that on the website. When we got there, we were told no rooms containing two single beds were available even though we had been promised one. And so a 'z-bed' was provided. Not good enough considering the room was costing £100 per night to just sleep on a camp bed. To make matters worse; they were still advertising tin singles for the nights we were staying. And yet nothing could still be done
