Our holiday cottage is located mid way between the cathedral city of Exeter and Cullompton and therefore a mere 5 minutes drive from the M5 Junction 28. This means our location is rural and quiet but still convenient to access major local businesses such as: Killerton House (2 miles), Exeter Airport (8 miles), Westpoint (10 miles) and all that Exeter has to offer such as Exeter University, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Sowton Industrial Estate, The Met Office etc. are less than 30 minutes drive. Our ideal location makes us popular with business guests and also holiday makers who are looking to explore our diverse county. The sandy beaches of the south coast such as Exmouth are a short drive alternatively head to the north coast beaches such as Woolacombe which are always popular with surfers. The National Trusts' Killerton House is only a couple of miles away in Broadclyst and Knightshayes Court at Tiverton is also well worth a visit. Families are spoilt for choice but tend to love exploring Diggerland, Quad World and Crealy Adventure Park.
