Convenient, Central, good value.
I thoroughly recommend the Penta, Inverness.
Snack vending machine did not display prices so paid £2 for 3 Jaffa Cakes - at £94 per night I would have thought a complimentary biscuit or two would have been supplied.
Room hot and noisy - heater thermostat did not work
Very good stay, great food too
Great priced room
Had a great nights sleep here.
Staff were friendly and helpfull. Will deffinately stay here again.
Reasonably priced, comfortable accommodation.
Cannot comment on the food as I didn't have either dinner or breakfast here.
Excellent Service and facilities
Really enjoyed my stay, the staff couldn't do enough for me and the food was fantastic.
bad value hotel
had no reception had to check in at bar not very welcoming.the room was to small for a couple and bed so low i thought i was sleeping on the floor.
We will not be back there.
The bathroom wall was damaged but everything else was fine.
overpriced and basic
I booked the hotel for a short stay, choosing a four star hotel because I thought it would offer us a decent quality of room.
I was really disappointed. The hotel has no lobby, only a bar, and the rooms are souped up studenty, halls of residence-like cells. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom had a coating of long, black hairs hanging off the door, and the underside of the sink was badly broken. The bed is very small and basic and we were put in 310, which overlooks a dirty set of backyards and generators, and the back of the lapdancing club next door. Bloody awful and I feel cheated out of my money.
Very happy staying here nice staff and excellent food.
