Good position near Bayswater Road. Close to tube station. Close to Hyde Park
Very basic soul - less rooms. Clean bed and bathroom though
Hotel could do with a serious makeover
Breakfast was okay as an inclusive but would not have paid what they were asking for it.
Some staff were friendly and helpful.

Just don't
Awful. Dated, shabby.
I arrived to be sent to a bedroom in the basement, I thought I might see rich seems of coal or meet the dungeon master on my way to the room. When I reached my broom cupboard it was tiny, shabby and tired and dark. The wi-fi your Laterooms description promised was unavailable and I couldn't get a mobile signal. Dissatisfied I complained and was in fairness upgraded to a much larger room upstairs, which was though equally shabby and tired looking and where I still couldn't access wi-fi to finish my last piece of work for the week.
The idea of spending the evening in said shabby room was less that appealing so I went down to the bar, which was ok but a bit soulless.
I slept ok and awoke to a shower and shave with no hot water.
Just don't bother.

In need of some TLC!
Pro:Our room was situated next door to the lift and was quite noisy at times.
Rooms are basic, the bed was uncomfortable. Poor WIFI signal.
Cons:Ideally located for a sort stay, easy access to tube stations(s).

Let down by late rooms
Room was very small, decor was very tired, maids did a good job in trying to keep a poorly maintained room looking reasonable. don't be fooled by pictures on the web, just well taken. The front of desk gives a good impression but once in the room!!!

Great value and location.
Initially I was cautious after having stayed in other 'budget' hotels but I have to say my caution was entirely unnecessary. We had a great little room that was very clean too. It was a stones throw from the local tube station and was ideal for our short trip in Central London.

Mid week break
Found check in fine, there was a little language barrier. Room was very small and extremely hot!! Rooms are not like they are advertised on the internet.. Very loud & hear all the sounds from the room next door. The bar was nice staff friendly not very clean and not enough seats.
This was an extra night stay as we had moved hotels. Served it purpose.

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and welcoming but the room was quite cramped and the window only opened very slightly. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The hotel is good value given its central location and easy access to the tube and buses with the park straight opposite if you fancy a walk after breakfast.
