Hotel very clean, rooms big enough and comfortable.
Service from reception staff and restaurant staff was second to none. Cleaners came in every day to make bed and restock milks etc. lots of restaurants in the marina village to choose from for an evening meal.
Very accommodating on a few requests made. Cool hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely view of the marina from window
Contacted the hotel directly when having booked a family room, the confirmation came back saying not suitable for a child over the age of 12.
They were happy to change my booking to a more suitable room, with excellent views of the marina.
we arrived at twelve o clock and were able to get into our room straight away, three hours early, excellent !
This hotel provided a very relaxing and welcoming overnight stay.
The lunch was very well presented by very attentive staff. Overnight was very comfortable and peaceful and the public transport connection to the main areas of Brighton was quick and frequent.
Good location, but expensive
Room was clean, average size but only two drawers, and no storage cupboard for hanging clothes. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was cold.
sleepless in seattle
Very, very warm probably lovely when its very cold, but was so warm in the night couldnt sleep, wished I realised the windows opened, we would have had a better nights sleep (really not the hotels fault!) Was half hour walk into all the action of Brighton, that is the only reason I would not stay here again personal preference to be in centre of town, again not Hotels fault I didnt research location properly.
Breakfast cold selection excellent - hot buffet not very warm as warming plates lids were left open by other guests!
Lovely but I feel a little expensive for one night
Excellent hotel, will stay again
Great location and hotel
good for families and couples
