Queens Hotel and Spa
I thought the hotel and location were lovely, the room was great however it might have been better if the bed was a kingsize and for the money charged it would have been nice to have robes to wear to the pool and maybe a few more of the luxury items in the room , the breakfast was terrific probably one of the best I have had.
Although the exterior of the hotel requires a little tender, loving care, tthe friendly and curteous staff, the high level of cleanliness throughout and good selection of breakfast choices far exceed the importance of the external appearance.
The room was good but the noise outside until 5am was awful
Very disappointing run down hotel
Our standard double resembled s converted box room in the attic.
One small window which barely opened 2 inches and no air conditioning made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. The bathroom was also poor, with the flooring and toilet not cleaned properly
Very Happy Customer!
I've been to Brighton many times but I don't always stay overnight.
This time I decided to book a sea view room for me and my boyfriend's 1st anniversary. We spent two nights Friday - Sunday and were very pleased with the room, very spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the sea view was simply magical to wake up to each morning. We took advantage of the spa facilities using the puli and sauna. The leisure room could have looked a bit better but that didn't take from the experience. All in all. A very special place to share done special moments for us. Highly recommend and we will be back!
Queens Hotel and Spa
No heating and not up to expectation
staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. room was lovely but furniture could have been updated as looked tired and scruffy. Location was excellent and food was good. great central location. will be going back
Lovely family-friendly hotel
Excellent sized room for a family of five.
Two separate bedroom areas. We asked for a travel cot for our two year old. The inclusive breakfast is excellent value, providing hot and cold food, full English plus fresh fruit and cereals, croissants etc. All staff very helpful and accommodating, very friendly. The spa faciilities were an added bonus, my three children loved the swimming pool and were in there every day!!. (although the water was a bit too cold ). We have already booked again!!.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
It's in a great location being along the sea front and only a few minutes walk from Brighton Pier. The hotel is medium sized, very clean, with a bar and small restaurant area. My room was on the third floor on the city centre side of the building. The room was a double, and again, it was a good size, clean and well appointed. I had an ensuite bathroom with bath / shower. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom was clean, but like many hotels, it was a little tired with a cracked hand basin. The bedroom had a single glazed window, so on Saturday night, I did hear quite a bit of street life outside from 11pm to about 3am as people were walking by the road behind the hotel - it wasn't excessive noise, no music, just drunk people shouting out occasionally - but I had wished I'd brought some ear plugs with me as it woke me several times. Sunday night was obviously much quieter in the city so no outside noise. There was a low humming noise coming from the ceiling area of my room, and I did think it was some sort of air conditioning going on in another room, but whatever it was, it seemed to stop at about 11pm. The staff were friendly. The food was fairly good. I had two meals in the restaurant. The meals were cheaper than I was expecting to pay, and to be honest, I would have preferred to pay a little extra to get something a little more tasty - but the service was good and the food was delivered quickly. I didn't have time to use the pool or spa facilities. I would stay at the hotel again in the future, but I think I would probably venture out to an independent restaurant for meals.
Queens Hotel and Spa
Lovely hotel, great staff and cosy room.
Destination was perfect, no need for a taxi to get to shops, beach or restaurants. Would definitely come back again
