Good location, nice hotel with good facilities.
Clean and tidy rooms with good views. Personable and helpful staff
Parking is real problem very expensive and inconvenient. kept having to move car to stop fees racking up. This a typical problem for Brighton not just this hotel though.
Window wouldn't open far enough to allow fresh air in and cool the room. No aircon.

nice room, let down by breakfast
Hotel nice, room was large and comfy and good free WiFi. Only letdown was breakfast. Orange juice awful, coffee too strong and limited cooked range. However would stay again if price was right

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, very happy with whole experience
After deciding to go on a spontaneous trip to Brighton with my dad, I spent a few hours the night before scouring the internet for late minute hotels or B&Bs. Ended up spending a little bit more than I had first planned but very happy with the whole experience so was totally worth it. Booked a double room (due to there being no twin rooms so was planning on sleeping on the floor!) and ended up being in a 4person family room which was very convenient and well worth the money. Very clean and large room with a nice view, hadn't paid for a sea view but could just about see the sea from the window, bonus! Very close location to Brighton Pier and the Sea Life Centre. Nearest car park was a shopping car park so was quite expensive at £23 for 24hrs which was a tad annoying but beggars cant be choosers. Staff very helpful and friendly plus breakfast in the morning was fab. Overall lovely hotel and would definitely go back.

slotted Spoons to spotless rooms
Superb all round experience. Spa fantastic. Breakfasts to die for! Buffet idea really great.
Only two suggestions for improvement:
(1) at breakfast buffet, please leave a slotted spoon to serve the cooked tomatos to avoid too much sauce on rest of meal.
(2) Introduce grapefruit juice in addition to the apple and orange and water, also, please make it cooler by reducing the temperature on the setting.
