Great value for the night £45, we went on a sunday night .staff very helpful .english breakfast
Great position, 100 yds from Brighton wheel and pier.
Nice hotel close to the beach.
I for my one night stay. I would definitely book again
Good value Brighton base.
Room was very small but functional. Good base for central Brighton.
Room with a view!
A compact single room on the top floor but with all the necessary facilities, en-suite toilet and shower.
A view of the sea was an unexpected bonus and the beach was literally just over the road!
I only gave 5 due to the amount of Dust I had to wipe off the blinds.
Otherwise everything was perfect.
Booked a single room with ensure £40/n.
Very tired B&B, thread bare carpets, piles of laundry in the hall way.
Toilet pump went in the middle of the night and sounded like it was about to vibrate to pieces. Shower was poor with the added question to whether the water will overflow on the floor. Tiny room as it was a single room before they cut it in half to make the ensure.
Maybe my expectations were too high for a £40 room in Brighton. But this place needs some investment.
We enjoyed it very much
We stayed only one night, but the experience was more than excellent.
The lady working there is such a positive energy booster, she is amazing. she helped us with all our enquiries and recommended what to do and staff. The location is unbeatable, the heart of Brighton.
Good value for money
Very clean and well looked after hotel, the only down fall was the amont of steps to climb to get to our room on the top floor, and there was no butter to put on our toast.
Friends day staff, nice hot shower :)
