Reviews - BEST WESTERN Beaumont Hotel

3AA Assessed Hotel Ratings explained
Beaumont Street, Hexham, NE46 3LT
A delightful family run hotel, the BEST WESTERN Beaumont Hotel is a real gem. Our main feature is the unbeatable location we enjoy... just 15 minutes from Hadrian's Wall and 20 miles from Newcastle. Set in the heart of Northumbria, Hexham is ideal for exploring a region steeped in history. And with a front row seat looking out onto the 6th Century Abbey and Sele Park, you are sure to want to come back again and again in the future! For those who want to make a wonderful scenic walk even better, three of the North's finest golf courses are just a short drive away!

Comfortable hotel, centrally situated and ideal for travel to Newcastle and Borders.
Great welcome, excellent service and squeaky clean accommodation. Have stayed here several times and always meets expectations.

Ticks all the boxes
Meets all the requirements for a comfortable, relaxing weekend away. Helpful staff, clean room, acceptable breakfast. Only downside is the parking, awkward but can be overcome with patience.

Not value for money
It was accommodation in a convenient location. We thought it was very expensive for what it offered. We were trapped in the lift for a few minutes which was a scary experience and the manager dealt with the situation as if it were an every day occurrence. No real apology. The service at breakfast was good.
