Standard rooms vary in size but all have comfortable beds, a pillow menu, crisp white linen and feather duvets to snuggle in as well as flat screen TVs with in-built DVD players with a DVD library available. Complimentary beverages provided as well as bottled water and biscuits. All standard rooms have compact shower rooms with complimentary toiletries and fluffy white towels. Superior rooms are for the ultimate indulgence and treat. Larger than the Standard rooms; they feature the same basic amenities as well as large power showers with jets, bath robes, superior toiletries, sweets and fruit as well as I-Pod Docking stations and larger TVs.
Our Dining Room serves an award winning breakfast which has a cold buffet of everything you can think of and after that there is a full array of hot food, freshly prepared, from traditional Full English to American Pancakes, Belgian Waffles and our popular smoked salmon and scrambled egg muffins. Alternatively, be lazy and have a continental room service breakfast. All included in bed and breakfast room rates.
From Easter - October or for large groups we provide traditional home cooked dinners in our dining room between select times.
The Mowbray has a small bar and lounge available for guest use which also features a free computer terminal in case you want to leave your laptops behind but still check your e-mails! As we are situated in the heart of everything many decide to explore and so when our small bar is closed - don't worry - we operate an honesty bar system in our lounge so you will never go thirsty.
The small team at the Mowbray aim to be provide guests with a friendly, efficient but unobtrusive experience and will do all they can to help your visit to Eastbourne go smoothly.
