Local area social visit
Room was excellent, clean, good size with a large bed, bathroom nice and warm.
Good Bar with a range of Bar food. We did not try the Restaurant. Nicely cooked breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi not so good, slow and patchy. I understand the hotel is upgrading the system.
A relaxing stay
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room was bright, light and very comfortable although there were a few little areas where the decor was showing signs of aging and could do with a lick of paint but this was very minor. The bathroom was spacious, the towels being of a good quality. The hospitality tray was well equiped. The view from the room was spectacular. The whole hotel was very clean and the food good both at breakfast and in the bar where we had an evening snack. The stay was excellent value for money.
