Oh! Dear!

Not easy to find without instructions: Worn and threadbare entrance hall and stairway to first floor accommodation (no ground floor accommodation!).

Room 8: poor quality furnishings, not very clean, poorly lit. Bathroom - not very clean, poorly lit, cobwebs around walls and ceiling, tile grout mouldy and dirty sealant. Paint off ceiling. Shower has poor drainage, water almost overflowed the tray. Plenty of drawer space if you are not particular!, but only a rail on which to hang clothes. More like 1970's student accommodation. Even cheap accommodation (this was £45 per night) should be clean. Fortunately we were there for only two nights otherwise we'd have gone elsewhere. Nice village though!

Absolute waste of money

The room is poor quality the bed is so near door cant put anything next to it the bed itself is on floor the room was filthy with marks all over walls the bathroom in our room had plaster coming off walls has a cheap hanging rail for clothes to say double bedroom a joke was tiny the noise people make in other rooms can be clearly heard we stayed 2 nights first night till 2pm couldn't get to sleep as tv so loud and they had dog in room I find that gross considering how dirty rooms were the noise outside was clearly heard too the towels small and cheap they dont change daily the entrance to the upstairs bedrooms have cobwebs and stairs very steep the picture they advertise with bares no relation to the reality we paid £115 for 2 nights the full stop was in wrong place should have been £11.50 for this pit reminded me of a student bedsit
