So the hotel is tucked away from a main road, down a bumpy track, the house itself looks good, the car park gets a little bit cramped though, and the bumpy track is difficult to get out of unless you park facing out.
OK the hotel cheap room, £5 breakfast, eggs, toast, cereal tea, coffee etc... so no full English breakfast, the reception staff not very confident in what he was doing, so not really assuring or welcoming, a small amount of hospitality needed. The room basic, although clean, the location is not far from pubs, shops etc...but the roads noisy and single pane windows don't keep any noise down. I didn't mind the location but I'd not book here again, as a customer you want some recognition that you are welcome, not very personal more business first attitude, which is a shame, my first visit to Leeds I'll find alternative guest house for any future visit.
Awful and mouldy
The whole hotel smelt of damp, in our room the shower had so much mould we didn't want to use it.
Underneath the radiator in our room where there had been a leak for quite sometime there was thick mould. The mattress on the bed sloped into the centre and the bed did not feel stable. This hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. Our bedding whrn we arrived had mud on it so we asked for it to be changed which it was but then it had someone's pubic hair on it. You could not pay me to stay here again. I hardly slept the whole night because it felt so dirty.
