Wonderful small hotel in an idyllic spot
I may come over as gushing but this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
It's position is simply perfect and I doubt there is anywhere more beautiful overlooking the sound of Sleath. The rooms were beautifully dressed with good bathroom. The hotel itself was classy and cosy, with a log fire in the residents lounge and comfy sofas. There is a Gaelic pub attached and most Sunday's a Gaelic band plays from the Gaelic college on the island. Apparently the only traditional pub on the island. The people were so friendly and they worked together as an amazingly cohesive team. Dinner was of a very high quality. Absolutely loved this place and already planning a return visit.
Home-style comfort in a peaceful setting
Delightful, welcoming hotel offering a great location in which to unwind.
Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and of a high standard. Our only regret was that we couldnt stay for longer.
