We booked this hotel as we came to see a show at LGT and the location was ideal.
The lady was pleasant and helpful, if a bit distracted at times, but she did seem to be on her own when we arrived. She was very helpful in advising which car park to use (Trafalgar Street) We were basically given the key and left to it. I paid for the hotel but wasn't advised about the option of breakfast at all. The room was spacious, very basic and the bathroom felt a bit grubby. I didn't really expect anything flash due to the price but I would've liked it to be a bit cleaner. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, my partner called it the 'Frankenstein mattress' as it felt like it had been sewn together with different bits. We went to bed quite early (11ish) but it's a good job as the bar downstairs was very noisy and this was only a Monday night. It wasn't a bad stay, very convenient but I'm not sure I would stay again.
would deffinately stay again
