Wonderful weekend break
Great location as only 8min walk to Central Station & the busy shops & restaurants behind it.
Lovely, classy hotel with clean rooms, lovely food & great service. Not enough lockers in pool changing area as had to leave belongings on the chair but did not detract from a nice spa experience. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Glasgow!
stingiest hotel in town
Date of stay - 3/10/15.
£205 for the night plus £12 parking. No bath robes no bottle of water ( not even a sweetie) no welcoming touches whatsoever. Noisy air conditioning unit was really annoying. Tiny bath and ridiculously tiny pillows - why?. Restaurant very expensive, but fillet steak was awesome - my wife had dover sole. Both were superb, but ice cold plates. The cooked breakfast was probably the worst I've ever experienced in a prominent chain hotel. It was quite simply disgusting. Again, cold plates. The overall brown, beige and tan decor just added to the poor experience. We feel sorry for the staff who who were quite simply superb.
