M23 - Road: From London or M25 take the M23/A23 to Brighton, follow signs for A27 'Worthing.'
On entering the A27, take 1st exit at top of hill signposted Hove. At r'bout, take 2nd exit down Dyke Road signposted Brighton.
Follow road for approx 3 miles past 2 sets of traffic lights until you reach Seven Dials r'bout. Take 2nd to last exit into Vernon Terrace, 'Town Centre Car Park.'
Follow to the seafront. Turn left, then 1st left into Oriental Place.
