100% would recommend it to a friend
We had a lovely short great , lovely hotel with excellent customer focus , everyone was extremely helpful and friendly
Didn't get what I paid for
Deluxe king room.
Complimentary robes and free drinks. Got neither. Away to propose to my girlfriend so didn't want to cause a fuss at the time. Staff were really helpful and friendly though.
Excellent Service in fine hotel
A measure of the quality of a hotel is not whether they make any mistakes but how they deal with them.
We requested a twin room but were given a double. A quick word with reception and it was sorted immediately with a smile and a complimentary drinks voucher. No awkwardness, no resentment. Well done/.
Hotel staff were amazing, so helpful.
Could not fault anything
During our stay. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel was lovely and clean, comfy beds and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Grafton Street but it's a nice walk and you can cut through St. Stephens Green. The breakfast was also great.
Staff were great and very friendly.
Room was clean with plenty of space just a pity no wifi in rooms.Would stay here again.
Bed a little small.
Bath had been damaged & patched up on the base. Shower wasn't as powerful as expected. Had to pay 10 Euros to park the car. Thought that might be free for paying overnight guests. Apart from that, everything ok.
I was given a lovely room on the 5th floor......court facing,.thank you.
Room was very clean but needed to keep the windows open as it was quite warm. There was some noise late at night and first thing the next morning. I also had housekeeping knocking on my door at 8.30am. On check out, I met the lovely Lisa who waivered the overnite parking charge, a lovely gesture which was greatly appreciated. All in all a very enjoyable experience......I would definitely return!
Dublin Hilton - great location and staff
Stayed for business / leisure purposes - great location and very helpful staff, easy going atmosphere at front desk, efficient and pleasant.
Room large and although LUAS runs outside was very quiet, only a hum from the passing trams - can hop on here for access throughout Dublin. We were late eating at hotel restaurant but chef and staff very accomodating and were not rushed to leave. Huge amount of choice at breakfast and again great service, will go back.
i stayed in this hotel in January 2014 and was very impressed with it for a number of reasons; 1.
very clean, 2. an actual double bed and not two singles together as in a lot of hotels, 3. right beside a luas line 4. good price when booked on late rooms 5. the breakfast was very nice. 6. parking was only £10 per night and you can keep your car there for as long as you want the next day. i usually pay £25 plus for overnight parking in dublin.
