Specialising in modern British cuisine, the restaurant serves hearty home-cooked dishes utilising the very best locally sourced ingredients. Lighter options are also available in the lounge. The bar has been in existence for almost 1,000 years and with its original roaring fireplaces, leaded mullioned windows and timbered ceilings, it radiates with an authentic rustic charm. Serving a fine range of local ales it also features a large riverside beer garden, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining and drinking in the summer. With its fantastic location and comfortable surroundings, the Hotel is a popular venue for a wide range of events.
