What a place.
It's hidden away in a lovely village and has bags of charm. I emailed earlier in the day to see if it was possible to use the car park before check in and they confirmed it was but then also let me into the room early as well. The whole house is immaculate and very well decorated. The King Charles room was stunning and made the price seem like a bargain. The customer service was excellent throughout the stay. It is an old building so expect some creaks from other rooms and the church next door does like to remind people it's there - every hour day and night. Not that they were issues. Overall - a great place to stay, fantastic Value and I hope to stay again.
Incredible accommodation and fantastic staff
The house itself is magnificent and the grounds spacious enough to spend a good 30 mins exploring.
The decor of the place was top notch and the delightful and motivated staff were always eager and willing to do that little extra to make your stay just a little more enjoyable. On top of that... they have great banter. Me and the wife are already planning a repeat visit to this idyllic country getaway.
